The Vine is a Christian Church gathering members from all over Dorking and the surrounding villages.

 
We are a community of people passionate about Jesus Christ.

Our aim is to know Him and to help others do the same. We are a family of people from all different backgrounds and ages. So whether you are young, old, or somewhere in between, you'll feel very welcome amongst us.

Are you, or is someone you know, unwell?
On Sunday 12th July at The Vine Church, we are offering to pray for anyone who is unwell, whether their condition is minor or serious. We will also be giving a short talk on who Jesus is and why he can provide the love, the life and the healing that so many people are looking for. More

The Vine is planning to run an Alpha Course this September in Dorking. Over 2 million people in the UK and 13 million worldwide have now attended an Alpha course, an opportunity to ask all those big questions in a relaxed atmosphere. Find out more.

MPs launch Faith in the Future report

Despite unprecedented levels of financial security and good health, Britons are no happier today than fifty years ago. This is the key finding of a report on well-being launched by a cross-party group of MPs in May 2009. In the foreword, the MPs state that "Given all the advances of recent years, we seek to understand why a sense of human wellbeing – happiness if you like – is not more widespread." More

Church is where the heart is!

Research shows that one in four adults in the UK attend church at least once a year. This excludes attendance at weddings, baptisms, etc. 7.3 million attend at least once a month. "People are associating church and a belief in God with hope and joy, and a positive way to spend their time." Youth Praise Night

Spend a Saturday night worshipping God, with your mates! It gives you freedom to worship God in anyway YOU want to. From jumping up and down to creating an inspiring picture. Held at Reigate Baptist Church every 6 weeks from 7.30pm to 10.30pm, bringing  people from all over Surrey and beyond together to worship God in a new and exciting way. More....
